A tent which we bought from Eastbourne branch had a broken pole on only it's second outing but the staff at Eastbourne were less than helpful. Ben was more than happy to help. Exchanged the damaged tent for a different one and we just had to pay the difference (less a bit of discount for inconvenience). And he also knew his stuff concerning the products. ?”
