What a joke the delivery services when the food doesn?t arrive McDonald?s blame Uber until you get in touch with them. Uber blame McDonald?s until you get in touch with them. I wouldn?t bother using this McDonald?s for a delivery. I spoke to somebody at McDonald?s and said if you?re not responsible for delivery, why do you call it? Delivery and Why use Uber? If they let you down? There was no answer today they said it was the franchisees responsibility loads of help? What a joke? The McDonald?s employee was very nice and helpful, but not really because it was out of her control

Great like restaurant. Quite limited parking, waste bins were unnecessarily taking up two spaces. Quick service and great food. Fairly busy for my lunchtime visit.

Massive thank you to the manager and staff for looking after my son last night! (Jan 25)
Due to the unexpected snow fall his brighton bus had to terminate in uckfield ( it ultimately took him 6 hours to get back to heathfield!)
However, because of the thoughtful staff he was able to stay? charge his phone, get a bite to eat and wasn?t (politely) kicked out until way after the restaurant officially closed! You have no idea how far such a small deed goes for a worrying mum! Thank you

A standard McD, nothing extraordinary. So far, have had the few meals I had there all correct... Though a few did look like it had been rolled down a hill, and used as a wheel chock before being unceremoniously used as rugby ball... Like I said, a standard McD.

This is the 5th time my order has been missing items. If I calculate what I'm owed it's £22 in items missing.
Cashiers clearly don't know how to read a receipt and it's becoming very frustrating.

Shocking,maybe the worst in the country,can anyone who works here read because good luck getting what you ordered.Every single time items are missing .Im sure if i just ordered one item it would be missing and the driver would turn up with an empty bag

I went to order pancakes, sausage and egg McMuffin and flat white, tried to use promotional code, app crashed, used the kiosk, no receipt, had to ask someone but reluctant to assist but I needed receipt for expenses.
Food took a while because of delivery orders
By the time I got mine it was warm to cold. ( I hate warm food)

Tills are always filthy and dusty. Chips often Luke warm. Never very good in my opinion.
