I went in to check coin bought through my business account. The manager refused to allow me to do this in the banking hall, which is quiet and not visible from the street. Instead, they made a vulnerable and disabled 70-year old take coins for checking up and down the hill to cafés.The level of customer care is minimal to non-existent, with staff who seem to have difficulty finding any congeniality and I will never use this branch again. This is in stark contrast to the service I receive elsewhere from Lloyds.I imagine that the treatment I received was because this branch could not be bothered with me and does not want me to return, how unprofessional and childish! The fish rots from the head, so I surmise, as someone who was a professional trainer, that the general unpleasantness and the atmosphere in the branch are a reflection of the manager's leadership style.AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
