I had to get my battery changed today and simply so drove to my local branch the service I received was above and beyond what i expected. Firstly the customer care and advice I was given was excellent, the actual replacement of the battery was carried out efficiently and despite some difficulty, it was completed whilst keeping my updated throughout. The staff were very knowledgeable and pleasant I can not recommend them enough.

Went to Halfords for a front light bulb. Was immediately put in touch with Steve who came out to see my car and find out which bulb I required. Within 1/4 hour I had the bulb, paid for it and Steve had fitted it for me. What better service could you get.

I pre-booked a roof-bar fitting via the Halfords Web site. When I arrived at the appointed time the staff in the Uckfield shop knew nothing about it. the young and presumably new assistant told me that he needed the Manager to help him but she was 'in a meeting'. It took 30 minutes for them to even start the work. The organisation at the Uckfield store is shocking, there's no way I will ever book a fitting there again. They get two stars because the product is good and, once the guy got everything he needed to do the job, he did it well.
