Had a bird stuck in my eye. Long story. Thought I?d found the place for me, but when I went in they just yelled and screamed ?Oh my god, his eye is bleeding!? and ?Christ that man has a bird in his eye!?Would not recommend if you have a bird in your eye.

A month ago I started coughing and losing my voice, I did a covid test which came out positive... I only went to the GP on February 23, when the test was negative and I received medication for 5 days.. Because the coughing and weezing didn't disappear and I didn't have a voice, and the oxygen saturation was below the limit, I went to the GP again...my medication was changed and extended for another 7 days...And I was told to return to the doctor on March 11 (the last day of medical notes for work) I call on Monday morning for an appointment, I am scheduled at 4:20 p.m. and the doctor (other than the one I had in the other 2 visits) said that I have to go to the hospital, but to choose where for myself. He wrote me a kind of letter that the people from Urgente. As I was barely breathing, I preferred not to drive and took the bus to Eastbourne. There I received care immediately.. And in the morning I went home. At 9:25, after I got home, I called to make an appointment at the GP, but I was told that appointments are made at 8 am, that there are no more places and to call on Wednesday at 8 am. Because I was at work on Wednesday, I called today at 8 o'clock sharp... I waited 40 minutes on position 1, and when I finally arrived, I was told that there were no seats and to come back tomorrow... In the conditions in which I have been with pneumonia for a month and do not respond to treatment, in the conditions in which a nebulizer was used at the hospital... I think I should move from here

Saw Anne-Marie the PT and she was on time, highly efficient, clear, concise and went away with a truly good and achievable plan! Bravo! (And I work at a different GP practice so wasn?t expecting much!)

Impossible to book any appointments. Doctors refuse to do any tests to diagnose the problem instead trying all kinds of meds first. Currently on 3rd box on antibiotics after I paid private swabs and blood tests to finally find out what?s going on. Not a great care. My daughter is often sent home with ? it?s just viral and it will go? which isn?t. Very disappointing.

The practice doctors left. And now you cannot get an appointment. Tried twice since Dec 2023, both occasions a 6 week wait. Had to move to another surgery.Sad, as it used to be a great service, but suspect too many patients now registered with all the new housing and no investment in services to support the growing population.

As usual for GP practices in UK you hardly get taken seriously when you are seen. It's like the medical system in this country is run by lazy, miserable sociopaths

One receptionist in particular lets down this surgery and is unempthetic and rude. I can understand that it must be a tough job, but treat your patients with empathy and care not rudeness from the second they speak to you. The doctors are great, very hard to get an appt though. It seems some are able to get them whenever they need, and others can?t get them even when urgent.

This review is specifically aimed at the front reception staff. The arrogance, rudeness and general attitude coupled with their inability to have a civil conversation that is not condescending is unprecedented. These members of the practice, need training in customer service and indeed what the CARE part of Healthcare actually relates to.Join this practice at your peril. It is clear the first point of contact do not have the slightest interest in you, or, the role they undertake.

Always helpful easy to sign in and booking of blood tests good. The lady kameera who takes bloods is excellent but two blood tests from another lady not good.

Today I went to the surgery to have my two month old baby vacations done. I waited in a waiting room for over an hour with people are poorly, I was then greeted with a extremely unapologetic nurse, who was extremely rude and argumentative when asked why it was running so behind.being a new mum I was already nervous about my duaghter having her vacations today and this just made the whole situation a lot worse. I understand that they are very busy at the moment but patients should not be spoken or treated in this way.

I am very very impressed by Bird in Eye. I have some complex issues and they have been great at supporting me. A big thank you to the admin staff who have gone over and above to help with medication and appointments. And to Dr Bell who is a superstar GP. We need more Drs like him.

I have always had a very good service from this practice and definitely don't have any complaints. I understand that they are all working very hard in the stressful situation that we are all in, and do a very good job. Thank you.

I took a disabled lady to the surgery yesterday, the disabled parking bay was full of non disabled people , a family with two children, a young lady, no-one had a blue badge showing , it might be a good idea to paint the lines so people can see that it's for disabled and to put the sign up where it can be seen
