Had SNS which peeled off after 1 day, went back to get them redone and was made to feel like an enemy. Whilst the rude young guy was taking the SNS off my nails he was burning my fingers which was absolutely excruciating, when I pulled my hand back once or twice due to the pain he just glared at me with pure anger. I almost walked out. Horrible people, please avoid at all costs. I only came here as Uckfield Nails was busy and now I know why!

Just had my nails done for my upcoming wedding and they were fantastic, after lots of stressful wedding organising I had a much needed relaxing pedi and manicure.I had some great advice off the nail tech and nails look beautiful ?Really impressed with such lovely talented staff, thank you ?

Had a pedicure and gel mani at the salon (walk in apnt) on Monday 30th May. I struggled to communicate with the nail tech. My toe nails with standard varnish have thus far held up ok. However I am extremely disappointed at the state of my nails after a mere 4 days (see pics from day 4, saved and time stamped on my camera roll)! I did wonder and try ask, but struggle, why the technician was giving a light file to the edge of my nails at the end of applying all the gel layers, as this was obviously part of the problem - i.e. removing the seal! I would not have gone to this salon had I been aware that the 'gel' varnish would start coming off so soon! My nails are also very brittle and weak; again no issue previously. And again I should add that before applying any varnish I asked for a nail strengthener to be applied! My last treatment at another salon abroad lasted over 5 weeks. Aside from growing out, there was not one sign of chipping. Very disappointed; and unfortunately I cannot justify going back there again.

I always use this place and have done for 5 years! Staff always friendly and happy to wait if there's a que. I've seen some bad reviews on here and sometimes my nails are not as good as they could be at times but generally the service is excellent :)Services: Pedicure

Got my nails done for the first time here. Went with a friend who was getting her toes done. Both turned out really well. The guy doing my friend's feet let me sit in the massage chair next to her while waiting which was nice!

What an awful place with awful service I will never return. I nearly cried I was treated so horribly in there. They kept filing through my fingers. Filed too much off one nail then argued with me about fixing it and my nails have been left looking awful. Do not go here they charged me extra because they had to fix their mistake. What horrible people.
