Cannot recommend Watling Tyres enough. I had a slow puncture which was leading to a pretty stressful time as we only have one car. Watling were one of the only garages locally to even answer the phone on a Saturday morning. Very friendly, said no problem to pop down and they'll take a look at it.They were quite busy by the time I arrived. Mitch said he would get to me as soon as possible. Sadly I had to dash off to an appointment and they close half day on a Saturday so I went back on the following Monday morning. Once again served by a friendly and helpful team and it was Mitch who again saw to my issue. Free WiFi whilst waiting was a bonus!A short wait and he'd repaired it - job done. It's not so much the convenience of having the tyre repaired so swiftly (which I was extremely grateful for!) but the manner in which Mitch came across. Happy, friendly and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble - couldn't have been more accommodating.A fantastic place, I'll definitely be back when needed.Thank you ?

Absolutely 5* service. I?m not local but after a 2 hour drive I hit the worst pothole and my tyre went flat. I haven?t been driving long and was extremely panicked and nervous, didn?t know where I was or what to do! After a lady down the road who also hit the pothole and lost 2 tyres, recommended watling tyres I called them up and they sent someone out straight away who arrived in 20 minutes. The gentleman they sent(not sure on his name) put my spare tyre on for me, in the rain in the muddiest puddle, I asked how much and he said don?t worry about it. I insisted to pay but I had no cash but he was so kind and understanding. I really appreciate the quick response time and friendliness as I was pretty much in tears on the phone! Thank you so much :)

Brilliant! Dropped in without an appointment,they looked at my car, ordered parts was booked in for next day! Honest pricing options and kind nice staff. Great mechanics. I waited in a fresh clean warm waiting room, was able to take a teams call from work by bolting on to their WiFi - really great customer service!

Amazing high quality service at Hastings Watling Tyres this morning. I rang yesterday and they fitted me in, less than 24hours later with ordering the tyres in too.Far better waiting room than many other garages I've been in before. Clean, really warm- it was -3°outside. I was able to work on my laptop from their comfort and use their WiFi and services. Thank you!The first waiting room with lovely canvases of their business and work in countryside settings. Far better than torn old tyre posters.Friendly staff, excellent service, fairly priced. Really pleased.

Great and honest. Fitted me in quickly. Polite and efficient. I thought my exhaust was broken but it wasn't and they fixed the issue there and then with no charge! Amazing. Will definitely go back.

Fantastic service: got a nail in our car?s tyre over the bank holiday and popped in first thing, hoping they had a replacement in stock - but just twenty minutes later and they?d managed to repair the tyre, so we didn?t even need a replacement! Fast, efficient and friendly. Thanks so much!

Absolutely ? brilliant service!!Came & rescued me from the Absolute joke of the roads Hastings has become!! Puncture due to pot hole! Was with me within 20 mins of me calling them.. & set me back on my journey to Cornwall!Thank-you so so much for an excellent service!

Absolutely brilliant service. I have used these guys several times in the past year for tryes, puncture repairs, exhaust replacement and a service. They have always been brilliant, friendly and quick. I turned up without an appointment and they replaced my tyre with one they had in stock immediately whilst I waited at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Watling Tyres.

Hit a huge pothole on A21this was only company that answered our call, came out from rye within the hr and half and fitted new tyre. Brilliant amazing services and didn't have to pay immediately either.. well worthy of a 5* review
