Popped in for some lunch on a nice sunny day.
We sat in the garden, which was really nice.
Good menu, with all the usual things, plus sandwiches which so many pubs dont do anymore.
But it was slow to get the food, but it was worth the wait for the Queens Burger. It was a really tatsy meal, thoroughly enjoyed. My wife had a jacket potato and was also happy.
Deffo worth a visit.

Lovely pub with great food. The scotch egg starter and lamb, rosemary and red wine pie were delicious.
Millie, both behind the bar and waiting tables was delightful.

Absolutely a shame. Booked table for 2 at 6. Had to ask for plates plus wine cooler. Waited 10 mins for starter plus another 20 minutes for main course by which time we oaid fir drinks and starter. What an absolute waste if time going there. Ruined our anniversary (35yrs). If you have any sense you will not go there. The staff are NOT friendly or helpful and don't seem to understand the term hospitality.

Very disappointed to overhear a barmaid being very rude and disrespectful about customers, which was completely uncalled for. Will not return again.
