I started banking with Nationwide about 2 years ago and for the life of me don't know why I haven't banked with them sooner. The staff are always helpful and being able to pay money in via the cash point is so handy especially as I am at work when they are open. It's also great that I can go in on a Saturday morning on the rare occasions I have a weekend off.

The staff at this branch are always very helpful and courteous. I myself have been a Nationwide customer for many years.As part of my professional role I sometimes assist homeless clients with limited ID to open bank accounts. This is a huge problem for homeless individuals in the sector. Without a bank account benefits are extremely difficult to apply for as are many other support services and agencies.I have tried other high street banks who advertise access into the banking system for the homeless but they have been obstructive and have made opening accounts for these vulnerable individuals almost impossible.I now recommend Nationwide to my clients based on the last 2 positive outcomes for my clients that I have been involved in.Seaford branch staff have proved their committment to providing a great personal service to my clients which has been much appreciated by all parties involved.Many thanks.

Excellent service at Seaford branch. Made an appointment for me to register my father's death just after branch closed to allow me some privacy. The staff were very kind.

All of the team were amazing helping me resolve a problem with my Nationwide Credit Card. They spent considerable time on the phone with the credit card people and after I left the branch kept me up to date until the issue was resolved. Really above and beyond, great friendly and committed service!

Been with these guys over 20 years, Today once again the branch service surpassed what I needed. After a frustrating few hours they solved my issues within minutes and followed up less than 5 minutes later with a confirmation call, Thanks guys, appreciate the awesome customer service.
