Ok but staff not always very helpful or friendly. Have had to on more than one occasion get them to double check as been told medication not there when it is. Customer service training needed

Always you have to wait in the queue to be told come back in 20mins. Then there's a we owe you ticket.

Most condescending pharmacy assistant ever. Middle aged lady, blonde hair, 4 June 2025 about 3pm. I asked if they have a text service (like my previous chemist) since my husband had received a text to tell him meds were ready the week prior. pharmacy assistant spoke to me as if I was something she trod in, to even consider such a thing!
I am sure it can be a challenging job, but when a customer approaches you in an extra polite (I was) manner, says Hi and asks a polite question, there is no need to respond with such vitriole. We all have bad days, but she wasn't grumpy, she was downright rude in her manner and behaved as if I had asked her to stand on her head, not just asked her a question. Possibly the most patronising, rude person I've encountered working in a pharmacy, and had absolutely no cause to behave like I was an idiot for even asking such a thing. Maybe she should take some annual leave?

Just received excellent service from pharmacist who explained the medication very well and went to extra lengths to ensure its right for me. All the staff were cheerful and helpful, thank you ?

Need urgent meds from eye hospital A&E yesterday. It wasn't in stock on the day. Assured by young man behind counter they would ring me today, next day, to say if it was or wasn't there. Number written on prescription. Nothing. Emailed them. Nothing. Phoned them repeatedly. No-one answers. Never again.
Update - am there now. When I asked about being rung I was shouted at & told they're only just unpacking the medication & no-one had left a note to advise ringing me. I said I was sorry they're overwhelmed, what would they do to prevent it happening again. She (probably manager - dark bobbed hair, 50+) got irate again but said she'd leave msg for main manager. Pleased she said she'll leave msg but think they're too busy! Not the way to deal with unwell people.

The pharmacy at Seaford used to be the jewel in Morrison's crown.
Sadly it is not even a shadow of its former self. Long queues, few staff, poorly trained, no stock, wrong prescriptions ....,.,,,,,,,
But where else can you go? It's the same everywhere.

The assistant who served me was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

They completely missed out one-of my prescriptions and I did not find out till I opened it at home at about 8.0 o?clock.Had to wait half an hour for the first one so now ihav3 to go back again and no doubt wait again.

They may have been quick 2 years ago by the other review, but now diabolical service, perscription is never ready and the wait is immense ,staff are very rude go elsewhere.

Always willing help I had a problem with my prescription and they couldn?t help enough and I can?t write very well and walking is out of the question and they help me out everytime love the girls here great pharmacy to use
