Stopped off for a few bits whilst in Seaford for a holiday.
Sadly I wish I had read the reviews first!
* Prices are absolutely unreasonable!
* Staff behind counter - rude.
* Items are very out of date ( only realised when was home ).
This included
Doritos Dip - 2 weeks out of date.
Cheese - cheddar in chiller - a week out of date.
Cheese Spread - in chiller - a week out of date.
Crisps - 2 weeks out of date.
Annoyingly, we spent over £70 on shopping - £30 of which was unusable.

Selling out of date produce, went to buy something for lunch as a last minute thing and good job I check dates as I buy bc they had several items involving meat based product that were several days out of date. I have submitted a report to local food standards authority.

The man behind the till is always rude. When dropping off Evri parcels he barely says anything, just ?ID? or ?put it over there?. No hello or thank you. It?s like I am an inconvenience to him. He also only said about giving me a receipt after I had put the parcel away and was half way out the door.
The parcels need to be in a more secure location as well. It?s right next to the door in a corner.

Bought some milk , the man behind till did not say hello , thank you , please , goodbye , he carried on speaking on phone , just held hand out , disgustingDisrespectful behaviour . Overpriced . Go to Morrisons at least the self service says thank you . Avoid

The owner of this place is so rude. I am convinced he actually resents customers. It was my third time in there today and the third time he was rude. He doesn?t deserve the business. I certainly won?t be going back.

Accepted our Hermes parcels with a smile whereas the other Hermes shop in town was downright rude. I send over 1,250 a year, this shop will get my business.

Lovely local shop. Always pop in for a pint of milk, breakfast stuff or beers ?.Moved here about a year ago and they have always been friendly and welcoming.

Rude staff. I took a parcel in the shop to send. The man behind the counter hardly said a word. I gave him my parcel and he just messed about doing other things before sorting my parcel. The only words he said was "put it over there" in a moody voice. Like I was such an inconvenience. Didn't even say anything when he wrote a receipt and just handed it to me, waving it around waiting for me to take it. Rude.

I visited this store for the first time today as am fed up with the mayhem at the big superstores - no one seems to understand about social distancing when inside those stores. Was greeted with a friendly smile and found everything that I needed and at a very reasonable price. I will be returning on a regular basis and want to thank the manager for an excellent service, Support the local shops!!!!!
