Called in Tuesday this week as usual empty shelves! Looking for boots face wash. Empty and shelf. Went over to women filling shelves she reluctantly went over to shelf, it's in my crates somewhere, she wouldn't look for me. So I left boots lost a sale!! Went in today Thursday still empty shelf went over to same women it's in my crates she said, could you look please? No! She said abruptly, health and safety issue. shop empty rediculous! She was totally unhelpful and rude! No customer service skills. This store is useless, they even shut for lunch!!!! Looks like many others have had the same view!!!! Boots why do you employ people like this???

Avoid this branch.. staff very rude, and swore in front of my child, no one really wanted to help, after asking for there names to complain they just laughed and gave a name as Jasmin .. and the chemist was eating food while making up tablets and medicine

It is an awful shop especially the Pharmacy department. We had a prescription sent there on Thursday for my Mother in Law. I went in on Friday to collect and stoical the counter for ages before I was finally served, even though there were two assistants behind the counter. I was told that there were a lot of items (6) on there they wouldn't be able to do it straight away and to come back tomorrow. My Husband went in the following day and it still wasn't ready so he went back in today and surprise surprise they had to make it up while he was there and they didn't have all the items. How is thos possible. It is just as well that the items were not needed urgently.

I am not a regular customer in this branch, but yet I haven't seen a Manager's behavior towards her own staff to be very hasty, rude and full of sarcasm. She comes across as a bully with nothing better to do. However I met this new member of staff, such a polite, patient and considerate young lady, without her I'd be very lost in the store. So thankyou to the young blonde Lady. I would be giving this branch 5 stars rating but the manager is the main reason why this store is a 1 star rating,Boots Head Office? Sort your management team out ??
