Awful company. Sent me an incomplete order because items out of stock. No phone call to tell me, no note inside the parcel. How can you send an incomplete order without it being authorised by the customer. You should have phoned to tell me you couldn't fulfil the order. I phoned to ask about missing item and the man was very rude on the phone, the company has also not responded to my email regarding return. The order is not complete therefore I don't want it. I have contacted my credit card company who have said if I don't hear back about a return, I can charge back the entire cost of the order as I am legally entitled to a return under the distance selling regulations. Seems these people just send out incomplete orders and ignore you when complain. Avoid them
