tried to pop in a for a pint with my wife and child. stated I couldn't come in with a child. so I suggested if we could sit outside on the niches. they aid no. was shocked to see such a attitude to children. bit snobby I think.

Very friendly staff in the well located pub near the beach. The food was great , they were kind to my dog and did everything with a smile. Makes a very pleasant change. We will return.

Popped in with family, lovely welcome and welcoming atmosphere. Food was very nice. Menu is a little pricy but its worth it. All starters, mains and puddings were very nice. Would absolutely return.

The place is good but overpriced, I had a sea bream which I found to salty, my partner had fish and chips. The menu is very well written but the food on the plate haven't meet my expectations. For the price they charge I would expect a lot better meal. The service there is very good.

If you are traveling with children, forget it - the lady refused to let us into the restaurant because they do not have suitable facilities for babies, even though we did not ask for anything like that, and even though the restaurant was empty!

Customer service needs attention, some staff need to know how to pour a pint, staff and managers always look like they are in a rush. Had a pint of guinness poured and served to me in under 30 seconds.. ? Birra Moretti & Amstel beer was way under par, for the price.. didn?t feel like was much room for locals to just walk in and have a beer, all attention was being put onto the food side of the pub. On the plus side the pub is very clean and are Dog friendly?. Food menu looked very over priced for an off the track pub, also only 2 tables in the pub that was free for walkings or you have to sit outside. Can?t sit at the bar or stand drinking at the bar either. Shame used to be a Great pub under the old manger ?.

This is not a gastro pub, this is a gem. The food was incredible, great to look at as a visual cue before tasting the thoughtfully laid out dishes with attention to detail in the eating experience. The service was pleasant and helpful. Allowing dogs was a grateful inclusion and making them feel welcome with a bowl and water and a gravy bone was incredibly sweet. The owners were wonderful coming to talk to us made us not only feel valued and welcome but we loved learning about their ethos of finding local talent in young chefs and finding local produce to create the dishes and drinks the icing on the cake, showing their passion for what they do in providing a wonderful gem of an establishment to enjoy an evening of an eating experience

We booked the table last night with my partner Gary and our dog Mina,we had a wonderful and warm welcome from the owner,a beautiful blonde lady .Beautiful place pub-restaurant,it doesn?t look as typical English pub,the atmosphere is very relaxing and for a couples it can be very romantic .
Because I am in restaurants business,I was very surprised about how clean this place is,I am in shock,I never in my life went in a restaurant-pub ,so clean,very well maintained specially the bottle and glasses lined on the shelves,such a pleasure to looking at. The food was delicious,we had mussels for starter and I had lamb for main course,it was perfectly cooked and the homemade burger ? very tasty too.It was a great evening and reasonable price we definitely want to come back before going back to London

One thing to bear in mind?no kids/prams/etc?.what? At least put a sign in the car park before you unload everything and then find out?
