Very Rude Staff, I called this place and asked a very simple Question the Man Got Very Confrontational and Then an Interfering Gobby Old Fishwife Woman joined in and then she put the Phone down. These Have to be the Rudest Loudmouth Chavs I've ever Dealt with, No Wonder Royal Mail is on it's Knees when they Employ this kind of Vermin!!!

Bad service post woman after 8 years of using my secure drop place suddenly got the hump when I asked her to date any delivery cards she placed through my letter box indicating that she had leftva parcel in my box. She then refused to continue using my secure drop box.

Disgraceful opening hours showing a total disregard for customers.. Very good at Not leaving parcels although authorised to do so.. I very much hope this section of the postal service goes out of business in the near future?

Its difficult to be able to access if you work untill, weekend, as time of being open are usually when people start work or on way, and only one afternoon week closes at 4 so still difficult. What more annoying is there are staff around. Also don't open at 8 as tried just after 8.

Had a parcel from USA come in and import duties due of £4 plus the royal mail collection fee og £8... Left me the grey card, went online to pay and the system said the parcel has already been delivered!!! so cannot pay.. Telephoned and landed up following the irritation string of options only to be told to check the website and got cut off, then tried again and followed another route and stayed online for over 15 minutes and still no service available... I could drive in but if its marked as delivered I can see that being a waste of time. very poor service.. They update the system incorrectly and then dont give you a sensible option to rectify it.
