I was really disappointed to be honest. The large play structure was completely out of service as was one of the rides. There was a number of activities you had to pay extra for like the bouncy castle slide and.which you think they would include at no extra cost with lots of areas closed off After paying £37 per person I was really underwhelmed as was my 8 year old son and will not be rushing back.

I was quite disappointed to be honest. The large play structure was completely out of service as was one of the rides. There was a number of activities you had to pay extra for like the bouncy castle slide and looking for gold activities. After paying £37 per person ( shocked, I haven't been in a few years but honestly couldn't believe the price!) I was really underwhelmed and will not be rushing back.

????????? This place is greedy with your admission prices. The price is range depends on what time of year you go from £30 for an adult up to about £38 would you believe it?s the same for one child and just to see the meerkats it is £95 per person greedy greedy greedy???? DONT GET RIPED OFF. Checked prices again today and they?re still greedy. They clearly don?t care about their customers. They just care about profit I will not be returning and I will also make other people aware that their admission prices are too expensive.

The park itself is really good, lots to do for all ages however a couple of things let it down. The rides are only open 1 at a time which is a little inconvenient and the cafe is over priced for poor quality food. The indoor play area is good for rainy days and fairly clean.

Two adults two under 5's. Windy day bit cold. Not all rides open nor shops. Food was better than expected . Zoo was just big enough to not tire/bore the kids . All enjoyed it. Some nice unusual animals. Rides were good play areas clean and good fun. Will re-visit when it s a bit warmer.Worth a visit for the young ones.

Thoroughly enjoyable couple of hours, lots to see & do and we're grandparents !Shop & cafe both worth a visit, there are also picnic areas if you bring your own lunch / snacks.Happily recommend families and couples come and visit. The only issue we found was a lack of bins in the car park as parents had obviously changed babies nappies and simply left them on the floor in the car park when we visited.

Some attractions were closed due to service/maintenance, so ticket prices were discounted. This was during January 2024.The areas closured were well documented in Drusillas website and also advised to you at the door.Despite some areas being closed, the grandchildren (on an INSET school day) loved the visit and there was plenty to keep them busy .

Had a poor santa experience contact management who couldn't of been less helpful or sinsere very disappointing as it couldn't care less for the costomers or the children who pay a small fortune for this day out. Sad! ? To add I was offered a measly 20% discount which is a complete insult given the circumstances for just three months so Jan-March a time when not many people are available or paticularly want to come. I asked if it was possible to be granted this discount for the month of December to hopefully make up for disappointment last year and was refused for no good reason! Let's be clear it's a 20% discount the park would still benefit. Make it make sense?

Charming zoo... The 'experience' tickets they offer are highly recommended.

We took my daughter to drusillas for a zookeeper for the day experience and everything about the experience was amazing. She spent the day with Amber as her zookeeper and amber was fantastic, so knowledgeable and good with our daughter. She experienced so much during the day, and got to spend so much time with a variety of animals and hasn't stopped talking about it ever since. We highly recommend this really well priced, one on one zookeeper experience and are so grateful to Amber.

I have been to Drusilla's many times before (and it is always a great zoo!), but never to do an animal encounter, so this time was different. We did the Giant Anteater encounter, which was very cool! The keeper we had with us was very knowledgable and we had a great time! We went on their last day before xmas 2023 (23rd December) and there were enough people for an atmosphere, but it was not heaving either which was nice.
