Ordered 2 beef roasts , both came out within 10 minutes even being as busy as they were. Portions are huge you certainly won't leave hungry! Banoffee pie for dessert was delicious. Looking forward to frying the biscoff cheesecake later! Also great service.

The good was fantastic, highly recommend the goats cheese and caramelised onion quiche, it's amazing. The desserts a scrumptious. All the portions are large so don't eat too much before going. I needed a doggy bag to take some home.

Best chicken, leek and bacon pie I've ever had. Big chunks of chicken and bacon. You can taste the leek. A good portion too. Could have a better range of ale but Sussex Best was OK.

Honest decent quality food.. Portion sizes very big. Love that they offer a half portion for desert which is still large compared to some restaurant offerings. Great speedy service, superb value for money. Opt for the steak and ale pie ( half a cow in it, so succelent and delicious) the smaller plates are also a great option as they are still ample for adults with a smaller appetite. Wished we lived locally!!! Wonderfully friendly service ?

Evening out for 6 adults, lots of parking spaces. Many choices on the menu, and a specials board too. Portions were big, and reasonably priced. The mixed grill and steak pie were especially good, as well as the honeycomb cheese.
Would recommend a visit!
