Made my first visit to Grounded at the forge yesterday for a coffee and pastry as some friends had recommended. We popped in just before 11 and was told to take a seat and someone would be over to take my order, sadly I waited nearly 15 minutes and had to go to the counter to order, despite the cafe to be relatively quiet....

Great brunch with friends sitting outside in the sunshine. Service and food was spot on and even though busy, nothing was too much trouble and the food and coffee delicious. Freya in particular was excellent. Very happy to recommend.
