No good customer service no skilled staff when I went in to the shop no one attended the customer there were busy in there own conversation. there were all few left over things in the rack when we asked to get fresh they say it?s fresh . Didn?t expect this from subway have better staff please.

We are regular Subway customers at this branch - my 3 year old son who is potty training needed the toilet suddenly
We asked the lady to use their toilet as it was an emergency
Despite being regular loyal customers she?s refused my 3 year old entry - consequently he had an accident

Will never eat at this subway ever again. Rude women servicing. I got the same order I get at any other subway but here they said I could only have it the way they said I could. I got about 3 peppers in my order, they put camerlised onion in my order even tho I said 3 times not 2. It was the most tasteless and cold (altho toasted) Purley disgusting subway I've ever had

Leaving a review for the first time because I usually order a footlong once a week and for the past month every single sandwich I?ve received has been basically empty. In the past my sandwiches have always been full to the brim with whatever meat I?ve chosen, now I feel like I?m just eating bread. I don?t know who has been making these sandwiches but they?re awful, selfish, stingy and shouldn't even be working there. I?ve had enough, it?s disgusting and the staff are USELESS I?ve called a million times on different occasions and not once have they picked up. The staff should be ashamed.

The two young ladies Maliha and sab are very friendly and very polite they are also nice people to talk too, they always know my order
Couple weeks ago I fall outside the subway and the two girls were very kind they gave me a chair to sit on and asked if I was okay Thank you Keep up the good work
Wheelchair accessibility: I am disabled and I have a mobility walker and it easy to move around in the shop and easy to get in and out

This is the first time I?ve done a review and it will be the last, so you can imagine how poor this must have been for me to comment on it. My group had done a £70 order for 2 big breakwich?s meatballs, drinks the lot. Almost everything was there, cold. They completely missed a footlong out of the order, and then in attempts to call them to notify them on there error they do not answer the phone. I?ve called 5 times over a 2 hour window not a single comment on the order. So I?ve been left with no food this morning, and £12 has just vanished. And a previous order we had from there, food spilled all out in the bag, and the food is consistently cold. I will never be ordering from here again. And I strongly recommend no one else does. It?s a shame because the food is actually good if the service wasn?t so poor.

IV tired to order twice now from this subway and everytime there's a problem either with delivery or poor customer service poorly IV tried to call 4 times and it's left to ring out so would save your money and go elsewhere
