Redirection service failure. Paid £600 or more for redirection and just collected about 50 pieces of mail from my old Bank House address.

No post now for almost 3 weeks. I moved here a year ago and I didn’t think it was possible to become even worse than it was a year ago when we used to wait 2 weeks for a postie. My post has gone from daily, to weekly to, none at all. Even in Victorian times, they managed a regular post service-. since privatisation, its all fallen apart. Awful service on every level.
