Heartless receptionists. Doctors that don?t attempt a call back if you miss their first call. Robots instead of people working for them. Nobody in the building that actually cares. Go elsewhere.

Used to be great. Now literally impossible to get an appointment unless you want to see the paramedic practitioner (give the man a raise because he's the only one that seems available for appointments)The whole attitude has changed, the standard operating procedure now is they tell you to ring 111 and then you wander down to A and E which is bursting at the seams to see a Dr there. They used to be so helpful at getting you an appointment on the day. Now they're moderately hostile if you dare ask to speak to your own Doctor.I now feel the only option is to look at private health insurance. Which kind of defeats the object of paying national insurance.

Was once a great surgery! Can never get an appointment and when you pass by there is never anyone in there.I suspect that if people wanted a vaccine over the last three years and to the present day they'd be immediately welcomed with opened arms!Well I'm glad GP's got their recent pay rise as it is obviously a bonus for their part in the biggest farce in history!

Worst surgery ever. Can never get an appointment. Always told to ring 8.30am next morning. When you ring in the morning it is just like a raffle whether you get an appointment or not. After 2 weeks post op took my consultant's letter into surgery. One week later went to get prescription at Kamsons. Nothing there. Rang surgery. Explained position. Receptionist said she would ensure prescription went to Kansons. Today, 22nd March went Kamsons guess what missing meds. Went straight to surgery. Receptionist couldn't help daid she didnt understand the prescriptions on computer. Back and forth, one person said it is been 0rinted, checked with another, yes it had been done but couldn't find it!. Then woman who said prescription was there said they didnt have consultant's letter. Is this the one, is this the prescription? no that was a prescription pre operation. Then the other receptionist said was it nose cream? No not nose cream, but spray. I was not the only person complaining at the time, there were two others. I spent over 20 minutes of my life in the surgery to be told no we don't do this, you have to buy over the counter. Despite my consultant sending letter as to my needs. Then she said " you'll have to go to your consultant ". I said I have to go two hours away to the Nuffield and I'm going away on Monday. I told this to the receptionist I first spoke with. Absolute shambles. If the surgery told me this over a week ago I would not have waited for prescription and I would have had time to contact my consultant. What a complete shambles. I intend to write to the Health Minister as I'm sick to death of not being able to get appointments. And having to deal with incompetence. I had the same service last year after I suffered injuries in a car accident. Didn't get an appointment until I went into the surgery to be asked " oh do you want a face to face appointment?". I work in healthcare and only ever attend doctors uf I absolutely need to visit. Not happy at all

I?ve been at this surgery a long time and it seems you get cut off calling now, making it impossible to speak to anyone at all or get any help. It was bad before before waiting in a que for ages now you can?t even get into the que. Wow with all the technology we have now, services should be getting easier to reach not harder. I can?t believe the system is that stupid.

The worst medical practice ever, if you're calling few minutes later after 8:30 to make an appointment they will say they are fully booked no matter what medical emergency you have.

I really like this practice and my GP which is Dr. Sue. The receptionist staff are really helpful and do their best to help you. Due to housing builds in the area, they have become very busy, but I would not go anywhere else. The Nurses and Paramedics are also very good.

It was my first visit to the doctor since I moved from London. I was received by a doctor who spoke a little worse English than me and I could barely understand him. I went because my wrists and shoulders hurt and I had to choose what to look at today, my shoulders or my hands? That it's not possible to look at both in 20 minutes and call again to schedule another appointment for another day.

Very impressed, phone answered within 2 minutes, telephone appointment booked for the same day. Received a call from GP within half an hour. So efficient and helpful. Well done Stone Cross Surgery

Great service, very friendly and helpful receptionist, didn't have to wait too long in phone queue. Thought I would have a long wait for appointment but I was given next day.

Call over 100 times at 8.30am, still can't get to see or speak to Doctor, finally days later we get a call booked, said they would call in morning, then they call in the afternoon when you are unable to take the call, then its another week of calling at 8.30am, chances of getting through before all slots are filled are less than winning the lottery, won't bother with call from Dr again, will now have to take an appointment space, if we can ever get one!
