Poor service sorry for staff they are under pressure, not had delivery for a week,office open 2 hrs a day for collection! Royal mail are not fit for purpose, posties are great though always cheerful when you see one!

Rescheduled for Saturday, tried to deliver Friday. I have no idea whether it will now be delivered on Saturday or not as royal mail doesn't let you reschedule twice on the website.

What?s the point of a delivery office that?s closed most of the week?! I had a parcel missed yesterday (wed) which I now can?t collect until Saturday? what a delivery service ? glad I paid for next day delivery

Jill steve and all staff at westham and posties on foot from this depot are super stars they all should get 11% pay rise ,the executives are treating them really badly .and also Royal mail should take the Royal symbols off of all correspondence and there vans .there is nothing Royal about the Royal mail at the moment. And that comment has no bearing on the hard working lads and lassie that work on the ground for Royal mail that comment is for the exclusive. Come on Queen Elizabeth take the Royal warrant and symbols away from this private company. Well done and up the worker's.

Honestly, it doesn't deserve a star! We were waiting for an important part for the car and it was as small as a lid and very easy to put in the mailbox or put in the cupboard next to my large apartment door, but it seems that the postman preferred to keep the package for him. I checked to see where he was and he said he was deliverd this morning when I was home and no one rang my doorbell.

The office is situated in the middle of an industrial estate - less than ideal and can be confusing to locate. Inside the delivery office is cold and outdated. No parking, especially first thing in the morning as all of the car park (even customer spaces) are taken up by Royal Mail vans. Parking better in the afternoon but is limited. Customer service needs improvement.

Spoke to the switchboard who sent an email 4 days ago I've had no contact back, contact the switchboard again today after they sent Westham DO a email and no response and told to wait yet another 48 hours. The customer service team may be happy being ignored however I am not. High value item delivered to the incorrect address and I want it retrieved and returned to sender. Ridiculous service.

I have always had a really positive experience in here. The staff always seem very friendly and smiley (particularly the lovely woman on the front counter!)The only downside is lack of parking when I go (first thing in the morning). However, still very positive trips! Keep up the brilliant work ?
