Brought a Hyundai I10 last May from this garage since then paint has started coming off rear bumper take in to spray shop today to be told it has had a very bad repair job on the bumper and most have been in a accident not would not recommend this garage to anyone, cheep repairs carried out then car sold to innocent customers steer clear.

Bought a Golf from Gary, lovely car, but cambelt was long overdue for change. After arguing they offered to do it for labour only at £400, I had lost confidence so I got it done at my local VAG centre for £335 all in! They pointed out the clutch was on its last legs which I had also raised with Gary and been reassured that as it was not dual mass it would feel different. I asked them to do it under warranty but received no reply as per the other reviews. It has got worse and is a dual mass after all so will now cost me another £1200. So Over £1500 in addition to the cost of the car. Not impressed.

Really nice car dealers , spoke to Gary very nice guy very professional just a shame we couldn't agree a good trade in price ? but nothing against them I'm sure we can do business in the future & I hope we can , fabulous range of cars all looking nicely presented as they should be , if you're looking for a new car / second hand car pop along and have a look I'm sure they will have something you'll love ?just a quick foot note everyone I've spoken to that have bought a car from here before all say good things about this business , that's rare these days because I know of many bad ones ??

I recently contacted Daniel with a view to selling my car to Pevensey Car Sales. We discussed its potential value to the garage, along with a figure that I would be satisfied with, during our initial phone conversation. Needless to say, Daniel requested to view the car prior to offering a firm valuation. He found the car to be as I?d described and subsequently offered me an amount that compared favourably with suggested valuations from various other online car buyers.Daniel?s honest appraisal extinguished the stereotypical perceptions that one may have of used car dealers. We did the deal and the money was in my account by the time his colleague had dropped me off at home.It was a pleasure dealing with this family business and a refreshingly uncomplicated process.

I can't recommend a company to NOT use as much as this shoddy outfit. Tooka car for a test drive, and mentioned a rattling noise. Garry, who I can only describe as completely clueless and incompetent, advised me would get it rectified by time I collect it. He either forgot or lied, as when I drove it away it still had it. Turns out that it was a faulty gear box, and have had to pay 1.5k to have fixed.Have tried to reach out to the numerous times via email and phone asking to be contacted by the manager or owners, who have completely bottled contacting us so now we are having to go down the legal route to get sorted, when they could have been adult enough to talk to us about.

A complete disaster buying a car through this business. On hindsight should never have purchased the Citroen DS3 which showed ' engine failure ' on the forecourt. But was informed that this would be resolved & that it was a great car for a good price. Took their word & paid by credit card. Unfortunately the car was more in the garage being looked at than on the road. Had requested garage invoices as Dan had informed us that the cam belt had been changed recently but was not available in the vehicle records. Eventually received. & Then found out that head gasket had been replaced. Spoke to mechanic who had replaced and he informed me that I should ask Dan for an extension to the 3m warranty to 12months. Wasn't happy that this repair had not been informed at outset or any paperwork in vehicle records. From Dan's point of view he said I had a 30 day money back guarantee but we were now over this period. I informed him that I had consumer rights under my credit card which he declined to listen to. Within a 3 month period car broke down twice & the final problem oil leakage. Car had to be recovered by the AA & finally an independent garage did a repair on 'a previous bad repair '. Luckily the AA recovery gentleman hearing the problems that we had experienced suggested we looked at the AA standards that Dan has signed up to & there was a clause stating that as a purchaser we could gain a full refund if there is more than 1 repair on a car purchased in the first 6 months!!!Dan had to eventually rescind to giving me a full refund, but his total disregard & lack of interest in helping at this stressful time was very apparent. His lack of transparency at the outset caused these issues & a very unhappy customer.

I visited. As was going to book a week there. So glad I visited. Decided not to go ahead. Beach stoney with limited access. Caravans lower than beach level so no sea view at all. .
