I am so dissapointed with Pevensey and Westham and to think of what my son went through there sickens me. He started Pevensey and Westham a confident, happy little boy and left scared with no confidence, thinking he was stupid and thinking he has no future. I read Selina Cox's review with interest. I attended the school over 50 years ago and was taken out of mainstream at 7 years old and taught ITA a new concept for teaching reading based on sounds rather than letters .As a result, when I returned to mainstream I was unable to read the written word,a problem which affects... read full comment

This school has a huge bullying problem, that they do not deal with. Had to remove my children as they didn`t feel safe at this school
