Second time buying a van from this dealership, excellent service from scott this time. Very pleased with the van and the after service. Will definitely be back in the future.

Not please with the service.. I had to book a diagnostic because was getting a light on...a few month back.. ! it needed a new software update. after waiting all day. took it home and the light came back on. called 4 to 5 times the branch, every time i was told someone will call me back to discuss! no one did call back! took it to my local garage. Today my light is back obviously something is wrong.. Bran new Van hasn't done 20k...miles yet. I have booked for a new diagnostic, i have to wait 4 weeks or 6 weeks if i want to have a courtesy car to get me about if really need it!

The salesman Sharif, has been excellent from the beginning. Find the right car and helping us stay into a budget we are comfortable with. Sharif kept us up to date through the process and even on collecting our car. He made sure we were very happy. Will come back to him when we upgrade again. Highly recommended. Very professional, patient and also knowledgeable.

I am generally impressed with english hospitality but Eurovans Eastbourne beats everything I have seen so far.During our holidays in the UK our old Volkswagen-Van started losing Power Steering Oil.The folks from Eurovans where so incredibly nice to not only take time out of their busy schnedule and check on the car but did not even charge us a single Pound for it. Unbelievable! Thanks to you guys we were able to enjoy our vacation and have a lovely time.We are incredibly grateful.

I had been with Eurovan Eastbourne for my VW services for more than five years, and price for the service quality, timing and prices were sufficient until this year. First technical service I got with the new team in the beginning of the year was delayed, at last minute I was informed that tyres are urgently required in replacement. It was the end of the week, and I was not happy to hear about this problem in the last minute of the working day, as I would have enough time to change the tyres during the day, if I was informed on time. It was my first bad experience with the new Eurovan Eastbourne team, that I believed will not repeat again.However the the service that I had just a a few days ago was ever worse.The service took two weeks instead of the promised two days. It was the second attempt to make a camera assistant repair, the first failed at all, they didn?t have time to look at.The paper mats that the technicians probably used are left crumpled on the seat. they said the car washed, however it doesn't look any cleaner than when we left it for service two weeks ago.My large concern was that my personal stuff from underneath seat box were moved to the seat and covered by the earlier mentioned crumpled foot matt (which stank a lot). And look they said that my stuff looked as to be appeared to be rubbish.Finally and not the less important, I was charged for the service made almost twice more expensive than the initial health check quote. On my question where the extra cost is, I was answered nothing. I will chase them for more details.I will definitely to move to another service garage and won't recommend to use then anymore.

I'm absolutely disgusted with how I've been treated today. I booked my van in for an MOT 2-3 weeks in advance (20 REG Transporter). I wasn't given an MOT time or any information regarding that. I then waited for the ENTIRE day for my van to have it's MOT carried out by which time I received a phone call at 4pm on a Friday to say it had failed on 1 front offside tyre because it was apparently 0.1mm over the limit!! I'm sorry but this is utterly ridiculous and should have been an advisory in my opinion. I run a local business and received no customer support or service what so ever!

I purchased a new long wheel base van which was ordered over 8 months ago. I picked the van up over a month ago and discovered that the spare wheel that I had ordered with the van and paid for wasn?t with the vehicle. To date I still haven?t received the spare wheel even though I?ve chased it on a weekly basis. Very substandard service!!

Stuff have been really really good, the only problem was that the time they took to sort out the adblue injector. They gave me a replacement van which was really nice and didn?t effect me getting to work. But took them nearly a week to find out what it was wrong with the van and almost another week to replace the injector and the slight problem have with the garage that the injector went down as rodent/rat damage which had to pay nearly 400 pounds and wasn?t covered by the VW guarantee. Apparently adblue has a smell that gets animals drawn to it. Which is fair but I didn?t do design of the van neither so VW should be responsible for that, I shouldn?t have to pay for it. I had a look the part looks like more a natural damage or aware and tear then anything else. Overall they are good but I?ll have to wait and see if we have any further issues in the future I still think the engine is not as quite as should be for such a new van and low milage I?m bit worried about the turbo or the cooling fan but no one has comments on it yet. I?m still worried at the moment. I will take an independent diagnose and see what come up.

Always feel I can rely on Eurovans to be fair and reasonably priced. I tend to have older vans but they always seem to be just as keen to help with old as with new. Why trust anyone else with your VW. Can't recommend highly enough.

Slow with no updates unless I called them. Turns out after 6 weeks of waiting the part I ordered isnt even complete. Waste of time. Using a local provider instead that are pro active and efficient.
