We?ve recently had an excellent experience with Premier Carpets.A well known high street retailer had baulked at the challenging levelling required to fit our desired flooring, but Premier Carpets took it on and delivered fantastic results.From the initial contact through to completion, it?s just been so easy to work with them.Steph couldn?t have been more helpful, helping us through the whole process, answering our stream of questions and always going the extra mile. Matt and Andy were a pleasure to have working in the house - really nice, genuine guys, they did a truly great job on the install and made an effort to minimise disruption throughout which was really appreciated.Overall we wouldn?t hesitate to recommend Premier Carpets, it felt like a personalised experience and we would definitely use them again in future.

Due to water damage, our floor was irreparable - but with Steph?s empathetic approach with high product and needs knowledge, my concerns were quickly alleviated and my mood turned to excitement. From the moment we contacted Steph to enquire about the flooring we wanted to the moment Matt left completing the last part of the flooring, the service has been second to none. Steph assisted us with ranges of ideas and choices for the LVT flooring we wanted in our living room, the carpet to run the course of our stairs and landing and fitted this in when it suited us best. Steph?s dad came to measure up & quote. Then Steph?s brother levelled & fitted our chosen flooring. The work was done on time & to a very high standard.
