A complete rip off, please avoid at all costs!! Grant gave a quote for a job but once the work was completed, he charged 60% more than what he quoted initially. The reason he gave was that it took more labour hours to perform the job and hence he is charging more. The customers cannot pay just because the garage does not know how to do the job efficiently. I felt I was scammed and would definitely stay away in the future.

Really great service here. Grant ensured I got the correct tyre for me EV. He is really knowledgeable. Price was competitive and same day turnaround.

Complete waste of time. Booked an MOT online. Called and told not available but can do the following morning at 9am.Drive over for 9am. Get told, no can?t do it. Can wait all day. Absolute shambles.

Customer communications are abysmal; mechanical skills questionable. I took my vehicle in for 4 separate things. All were communicated, and scribbled down by the proprietor, when I visited to book the vehicle in. The same 4 were also then re-iterated when the vehicle was dropped off. After not hearing back from the garage for two days, I phoned to get a status update. I was told everything was done and the vehicle was ready to collect - then when I asked about the first of the four issues, which was the most important for me as it made the vehicle basically undriveable, I was firstly told the vehicle was only booked for the third and fourth tasks, then I was told they weren't "miracle workers" and then accused of being rude when I asked why they hadn't picked up the phone to tell me they had only done 2 of the 4 tasks. When I collected the vehicle I was again accused of being rude and had the keys tossed at me. I subsequently googled the principal issue which pointed at a fuse which I replaced myself and fixed in 15 mins. The second issue was never even looked at. The proprietor is overly aggressive and has no sense of customer service. Their mechanical skills are also questionable I'd suggest. My experience is they are a tyre shop run by a schoolyard bully.

Avoid at all costs.Just a rip-off , i spent a lot of money for a botched job, took the car back in worse condition than it was when i took it there.When i eventually complained they told me that if i don?t like it to take my car and go somewhere else. Which i did . Horrible customer service.Based on my experience. : rude , liars , cheaters.Hope they go bust!

So this is the ONLY garage I trust after previous bad experiences. Prices are very fair. Service is incredible. Understanding to my situation and helped me to get my car back on the road as soon as they could. Will always use this garage and put my complete trust in them ? THANK YOU SO MUCH
