Brilliant customer service. The staff always have treat us with the greatest of respect and kindness in sorting any problems we have gone to them with. Over the years I been with many different banks and none of them come even close to giving the customer service and shown the respect that Nationwide Peacehaven staff have shown. Thank you to all. This is an oasis, it is actually a building society but works just like a bank but is so much better! Lovely staff, you can do everything you can do in a bank but they pay you interest! No brainer!

Thanks so much Tracy and staff for all your help with my latest visit to your branch. the customer care that I received was absolutely fantastic. You were all so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. You made the deposit I was making straightforward and easy. It is such a change nowadays to actually speak to a person face to face, instead of spending what seem like endless time trying to explain what your problem is over the phone. You and your staff should be congratulated for your outstanding service. I have been with Nationwide for over 20 years and well done to them for keeping branches open as not everyone can use the internet, especially the older account holders.

Popped into local branch for help, advice and to pay cash in. Staff were helpful, polite and smiling throughout. They made me feel like a valued customer. I have dealt with them on a regular basis for help with elderly neighbors and can?t fault the staff. Long May we have a proper branch network that supports its members especially the elderly, infirm, vulnerable and just the community as a whole. 5* service

So glad to have a branch you can actually go into and talk to a member of staff. Makes all the difference still having this available. This branch is incredible, staff are so helpful, efficient, supportive and very friendly. We had a recent problem with an account and it was sorted in super time.
