I've been a regular customer to this place for years, ever since it first opened through Uber Eats. Today I ate in for the first time, with family. Two of our orders were taken wrong and the incorrect food provided, when we asked for this to be be corrected we were met with a frown, rolling eyes and clearly doubt by who we assume is either one of the owners or management. The correct food was provided, however we were still charged for 2 extra dishes we didn't order. When qeuried, we were met with push back and told we had ordered the 2 dishes, he had watched back the CCTV and we did order them (we didn't). When asked to see the paper that had the order written down, we were told he couldn't show us as the language he wrote it in, isn't in English, but still wouldn't provide the list. In the end we had to pay for these 2 dishes as they were not backing down, telling us he couldn't afford to loose the business. However, in result of today 3 regular customers won't be returning. We're incredibly disappointed with this outcome, we understand that there can be misunderstandings but to be faced with such hostility and disrespect is so disappointing. There were 9 of us today who sat in to eat, we almost spent £200 between us. There would have been new regularl customers from today because the food really is great, however now I will be informing others of this situation and not recommending the place anymore. Bearing in mind, we're not talking about a huge amount of money here with regards to the wrong orders, they were 2 side dishes. All we asked is for the extra dishes charged to be removed off the bill, especially because we didn't even eat them and the food was given back.

Ordered a take away using Deliveroo. First time order and food arrived hot and was really tasty. We had terriake chicken, duck noodles, spring rolls, sushi, gyozo and a poke bowl. All great

You need to not hange up on customers when they chasing an order placed 2 hours before. If the food then arrived and it was amazing I might have let it go. Unfortunately potion size was very small and your chips where the only tasty item. All petty basic.

All I can say is this place serve us very fresh sushi, even the avocados were perfectly ripe, which shows attention to detail. The customer service was amazing and the entire shop was immaculate, can?t wait to go back.

Nice little place with sea view in Peacehaven. Excellent staff service and excellent food. Very cheap compare to Brighton.

It's right next to a busy road, but the view from the patio lets you forget about it. Can be seated inside as well.
Food is well priced, good portions, fresh and quality ingredients. Our order was made fresh, very tasty, nicely organised plates.
The service was friendly and polite, good atmosphere.
We are surely will be returning for more.

Great Sushi and very reasonable price! Tuna Nigri was great! Staff were very welcoming and friendly! Definitely will come again.

The food is top-notch and the service was very quick! I had my food delivered Via Deliveroo and was eating my food in less than half an hour after I ordered it. Excellent value and cheaper than ordering from the various sushi outlets in Brighton. I highly recommend.

Food was lovely except the main dish that I wanted wasn?t in my takeaway bag and instead had extra sushi that I didn?t order. I understand it was a mixup but I had called my order in and said I was a 20 minute drive away, and then didn?t notice til I got home. Called up and their reaction was basically ?oh well, more sushi lucky you!?. It?s not hard to offer an apology and refund (or similar), especially when it?s fairly pricey already.

Literally couldn?t recommend more!!!! 100/5 stars , I never write reviews but this place was so good I had to create a google account to comment, Wonderful dishes, my partner is vegetarian but they still had tons of options ! Best place for food in Peacehaven for sure!
