Nice coffee let down by miserable staff member. We went in and asked the blonde woman with a tattoo on her arm a basic question. Her attitude was disgraceful and unnecessarily rude.

My husband drove 20 minutes to get there before closing time today to get me a frappe and was told that they wouldn't make a frappe 18 minutes before closing time. I am really poorly and this something I had looked forward to all day. Ridiculous to refuse to make something you are supposed to offer when you're still open. Yesterday I got there way closer to closing and got a frappe. So, seems different people say different things. Bad enough the girl who made my frappe yesterday was sat on the floor and then got up using her hands on the floor and made the frappe and touched my straw without washing her hands and ignored me when I said thank you and have a good day, but to then say you do not do frappes today at a time you did yesterday. I don't think I will go to this one anymore.

one of the best costa coffee shops I have been to, such a quiet place and nice friendly staff, I love coming here and I highly recommend this place, also easy parking which makes life more easier and hassle free, plus you got Greggs next door

Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Bit pricey but that is asdociated with the brand.

This is a lovely place to get to. My sister and I enjoyed visiting there, and have done so twice now. Our coconut hot chocolates were scrumptious, cakes delicious and staff as well as other visitors were very friendly.

It is part of a chain so fairly uninspiring. Friendly staff make up for this to a degree. The lemon cake is nice though.

The only Costa coffee in the UK that requests you cannot charge your devices.(I did anyway}
Um, that is the whole point of a coffee shop.
Buy a coffee with a 1000% markup and charge devices as needed.
The manger needs talking to.
Not a bad coffee shop, except the ridiculous no charging bs.
