Had a morning visit to my fav and the shop was heaving extra busy , the young lady in charge Jess was doing her best to get everybody served as quickly as possible , unfortunately there were a few customers who were not happy with having to wait and were quite rude . Nice coffee let down by miserable staff member. We went in and asked the blonde woman with a tattoo on her arm a basic question. Her attitude was disgraceful and unnecessarily rude.

My husband drove 20 minutes to get there before closing time today to get me a frappe and was told that they wouldn't make a frappe 18 minutes before closing time. I am really poorly and this something I had looked forward to all day. Ridiculous to refuse to make something you are supposed to offer when you're still open.... read full comment
