One of the guys called Paul lets this shop down so rude to me every time just moved to area and he does his rude ness in front of my granddaughter have spoken to someone but the manager never called me as promised, rest of the staff are nice so they get the stars

Convenient location and quite a broad selection. Clearly understaffed but those that work there are polite. Unless you need the cigarette counter, the self-service is efficient enough.
Disappointing range on the bakery shelves, which are always half empty. Almond croissants and yum yums are a rare treat.
Coop are on Deliveroo, which is handy. I use this service quite often and though the bakery items are lacking, the rest is usually in stock.
Annoying that the cash machine is inside and no dogs allowed.
FYI dogs are allowed in the Post Office, which has a cash machine, and the convenience store across the road, which has a good selection at cheaper prices than the Coop.

Well stocked , prices average for a local Coop, you pay extra for the convenient location. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

have to wait forever to be served never anyone on the till left shopping there as was waiting over ten minutes this happens everyday as no-one ever on shop floor. shoplifters constantly walking out with stuff also it's ridiculous when what you need to buy you can't do at self service

Guy with the shaved head was extremely surly when I asked if anyone serving in cigarette counter. Basically threw my shopping at me when scanning it.

Go to the Co_op in peacehaven and go to the self service tills and experience the no distancing at all with no screens inbetween customers.i will not be returning to shop in this unsafe place
