“The customer service at this company is absolutely first class. They simply cannot do enough to help you. My daughter bought a tumble dryer online via QDA which turned out to be faulty and very noisy. QDA interacted with the manufacturer arranging an engineer. Unfortunately the engineer and the manufacturers (Indesit/Hotpoint/Whirlpool) were very unhelpful, was evasive and looked for every excuse not to replace the item. QDA stepped in and arranged a replacement anyway...well done you!! Throughout the process, which took a while due to shipment delays, QDA were immensely courteous, fully informative, and offered a full refund if we found an alternative machine in the meantime.”
