Its a nice pub..the bar staff are really lovely. Shame about the food. The listed 'vegan cottage pie' was basically a roast, a plate of some veg with a further side bowl filled with mashed carrots and halved small potatoes on top. Definitely no sign of any vegan mince and definately no mash potato. What a disappointment.... read full comment

We stopped for a pub lunch. The food was delicious and plentiful and the staff welcoming. Would definitely recommend

Lovely, homely, welcoming, family atmosphere. Quiet restaurant and lively bustling bar. Ample seating and parking. Top level happy staff who really make you feel welcome, a real pub with real people. Nice!
