Booked car in for MOT. Served by owner who needs serious customer training.He rang to say the car had failed because engine management light was on. His quote for repair was high I thought so took car to other local garage for quote which was much more affordable & was done same day with a smile & thankyou for your business.Returned car for re-test & it passed.Reason for such a low star rating to this garage is mainly because I did not feel valued as a customer & felt they were there to make as much money as possible.

I was sold a car that was good overall but they guy could inprove communication and actually stick to the promises made in order to sell. E.g free checkups/finding second pair of keys on the car i bought etc.

My classic bmw had broken down with massive engine issues. The head was stripped off and rebuilt by we fit at a great rate. Friendly service. 5 stars
