I personally enjoy a trip to McDonald?s however the last weekend and this one forward have disgusted me .. everytime I customise my burger it comes with all the salads in it my child threw up because she had a bite and she?s allergic to pickles .. I checked two times to make sure it was customized and saved the right way and on the receipt it said plain .. my burger was burnt my chips were delivered half eaten w bite marks cold and soggy my drinks never showed up tonight as from last week .. they gave me someone else?s order which was similar to mine and not only did I realise after I ate it they wanted it back and was rude on the phone they should?ve been more careful with there baggage deliveries .. a few months ago my order went to Leeds and the man said he?s give me a refund and then called me saying how he ate my McFlurry and was going through the bag saying what he?s going to eat he then blocked me and didn?t give me my refund .. this has put my of my appetite I?m sitting in bed feeling sick as me and my child are allergic to pickles

Ordered food at 23:55 with a delivery ETA for 00:15- 00:35. It?s now 01:20 and over 45 minutes late. I?ve tried calling twice but no one answered. Huge waste of time and money!

Express order before taking the Ferry, the lady at the drive was great, fast and efficient, the service a little less... I had to go inside to collect my order, and I missed dessert for the happy meal....
But we managed to take the Ferry on time ?

Badly managed- absolute chaos. Waited 30 mins - order said ready to collect - then disappeared from the screen whilst others continued to come out (all late, so many people waiting) had to chase our order, then finally got it and had to rush. On our items different order numbers were on them (one was 40 and our order was 69). Seems they were just taking items from any order to get smaller orders out quicker eg one item- but it completely messed up the system and it was out of control. We only had 2 meals with a couple of extras! Heard from others they had been waiting longer. If they just stuck to the system and delivered items to customers in order?as they were made?then the average waiting time would be better. Seems a common experience at this McDonald?s from the feedback from other people waiting! Kept hearing management shout ?we?ve got this? to staff out back?they really didn?t. Won?t be coming here for ?fast? food again lol.
