Went to kikfit Newhaven. Mitch and Harly were brilliant. Really patient and didn't pressure me to have any extras done. Definitely recommend this garage. They all seem to be very respectful to the customers.

The person changing my break fluid kept leaving the job-in-hand to answwr the phone and talk to other customers that were arriving. I found this very frustrating as probably extended my presence at your Newhaven depot by 45 minutes! I must say he was a nice guy and very plesant but obviously had to many differant things to do which took him away from the job-in-hand. I was quoted to change my rear discs and pads. It was a good price because it included free pads for life. However, I will not be booking my vehicle in with yourselves because of the above!!

Booked an online appointment on short notice on the weekend due to a problem with my car while in holiday nearby. The problem turned out to be a non-issue. The guys there were super friendly and checked it quickly and confirmed that everything was fine. Cannot comment on how quickly a real issue could be fixed but they seemed very competent.

I booked online for two new tyres on a Friday afternoon. I didn't have to wait to be served and they carried out the work quickly.

The team at Kwik Fit were absolutely amazing and a lovely gentleman (sorry I didn?t catch your name!) helped fill up our tyre with some air when we had an emergency tyre issue on the way to work.
It was an extremely busy time for the team first thing in the morning, but I was really impressed with them going above and beyond to fit us in so quickly, and their efficiency in resolving the issue.
Wouldn?t hesitate to come back again if I
ever have a tyre issue again in the future!

Customer service quite straight forward, I left Without an invoice forgot to ask and when I was about to email asking realised they have already sent it via email plus a detailed report. Now this is what I call efficiency! So I was quite pleased, so much so I?ve informed my partner he should do his MOT here. We booked it within that same hour for next week!
To be honest this was my first brand new tyres, after driving over 20 years with part worn tyres, never thought of how different the feel is! I?m over the moon!
Side note, they should of asked about the spare tyre, would of been nice to have that checked too, only noticed in the report after that they have missed that? not sure if they assumed I didn?t had one. Would of been nice to have that checked too to insure that tyre was within safety regulations

I had 2 front tyres fitted, I took the advice from the fitter, and collected my car in the time scale that was agreed with a good price too. I'd recommend KF. Newhaven. Nice guys, good service with a fair price. Many thanks, I will continue my custom with them.
