I love Boots, the pharmacy, the staff is great most of the time, with exceptions, of course. Knocked down two stars for the closure at lunch time. Seriously? Who does that in this time and age? Especially a place that dispenses medicine! Most people work and the only time they have to pick up their prescriptions is at lunch time! It?s definitely not convenient. The staff could have different times for a lunch break, I?m sure. This is so 20th century, so backwards.

Worst attitude I?ve ever experienced, would even say rude !! would not even dispense my prescription because the Doctor had forgotten to put my DOB on the prescription , even though I had photo proof on me with my date of birth on it, was told to go back to Brighton hospital from Newhaven,( I don?t have a car) and get the Doctor to amend, You have lost my business, I would never use or recommend this shop too anybody,Boots you need to teach your staff some manners and maybe basic customer manners , and yes I did read the poster and abided by the rules of no verbal abuse

Went to book a flu vaccination but given one instantly. Professional admin of the process. Pharmacist Samir was very professional both communicating the info about the vaccine and insuring he had all the necessary data before he painlessly administered the injection. Thank you all in Boots

Went over to today (Saturday 1st July) from Denton just after 12.30 to collect a prescription only to discover they've chosen to shut between 12.30 and 1.30 for lunch! No mention of it on their website, just a sorry for the inconvenience note stuck to the door. Sorry for the wasted journey, wasted petrol and wasted time doing battle with the traffic on the flyover too?
