Alistair is probably the worst customer service employee (possibly supervisor as he got called over to assist) I have had the misfortune of dealing with, we were talking and I had some questions, and during our conversation he looked flustered and walked away, then just stood looking out the exit doors seemingly just watching motorcycles drive by outside as there was some sort of meet up going on. If there is some sort of customer relations training you provide, I suggest he goes through it again.

Asked for help to find the item I was looking for, was given very helpful and correct information. So I found the equipment and when I brought it I had one of the staff offer to help me, fit it into my bag. Thank you, Newhaven B&Q.

Great not many in there, bargain priced matchpots that I went in to get. Empty again and fully stocked shelves, got what I came for, good price.
