Appalling service. Waiting patiently for about 30 mins and some guy who apparently was in the shop earlier but had to leave to go and get something comes back into the shop and is,allowed to jump to the front of the queue. I'm sorry Vodafone but if someone leaves the shop they lose their place in the queue

I have nothing against Vodophone however the staff in the Lewes shop, which is a franchise. They have misled me and gone back on a new contract arrangement. I was sold a contract payment plan of £43 a month an increase of £14 a month from my previous contract. I said I didn't want this so was offered a 15% discount bringing the monthly billing to £36. This is at the shops discreation. I was informed that another form had to be completed and would be actioned.

We are Chailey motors based in Lewes and took out a contract with the then Lewes mobiles /communications now trading as connect and was miss sold a contract conning me into having a sky sports package to include f1 which was incorrect had no end of trouble to rectify the problem the staff were unhelpful and tried to distance themselves from any problems I wouldnâ??t advise anyone to deal with this company
