Been wanting to upgrade my phone for awhile but didn?t have time. Stopped by the Lewes Vodafone and met the wonderful staff today who helped me answer all the questions I asked and also help me choose all the best deal for the new phone and a new air time. Got myself the iPhone 16 plus in pink <3 super excited! Thank you so much Vodafone team.

My mum needed her phone charged urgently as her battery had died on a day trip to Lewes from London and she needed the ticket for the way home. Ricky was so helpful and my mum can?t stop raving about how wonderful she was. Thank you to Ricky for all her advice and recommendations about power banks so she doesn?t get caught out again!

I needed wifi sim cards and the task I needed was a bit tricky, but Nate in the shop went the extra mile. He figured out what I really needed and found out a really good way to help me. He was extra patient, friendly and helpful. It was a really good experience in the Vodafone shop Lewes and made my day. Thank you!!!! Will definitely be back.

Appreciate the customer service person attempting to lower my grandmothers phone bill to £11 per month.
Don't understand why Giffgaff charge £6 per month for unlimited calls and texts yet still managed to overcharge pensioners at £14 per month. Glad I'm not with Vodafone.
Regarding this store, marked 3* average as it's as you'd expect. 3 staff to 1 customer ratio, immediately approached as you enter the store. No problems.
