Why is the cost of fuel at Lewes Tesco so much more than Eastbourne Tesco? Lewes diesel today 143.9p/L, Eastbourne 133.9p/L
It?s about time Lewes garages started being competitive?I smell collusion on price not competition!

A useful store for groceries and other stuff that can be found in this location, which is close to the river and has a coffee shop in this location too, a little bit of everything at this location with a good car park area and other supplies to be found here as well.

Went in to buy fruit & veg for a food bank and the man at the till spent a lot of time telling us how long this will take and how much effort it would be for him. He shouted to colleagues to ask them to help him, he told other customers to use a different till. It took about 8 minutes total. The customer he diverted from us was still waiting at another till after we?d left. Another l staff member told us we were buying it the wrong way and shouldn?t just take it off the shelves (?). On an unrelated matter I?ve emailed the store?s ?charity champion? on several occasions and never got a reply.

3 visits 23rd and 24th December. 2 x 6am and one visit at noon. All shelves stocked to the brim, plenty of tills and staff and super value on key items. Well done tesco Lewes for making Xmas food shopping a delight !!

Saw a large rat under a bench between the Tesco wall and the river path. Very active in broad daylight. I thought Tesco had done something about this problem.

8 months pregnant,I get the toilets are out of use downstairs but when I spoke to a member of staff about any toliet use at all I got turned away!I?m not being funny but surely you can not by law refuse someone who is clearly heavily pregnant any toliet at all, when they are desperate!Home base wasn?t open so couldn?t even walk over there!

Ryan and Carmen on the tills are a breath of fresh air..cheery,professional and charming....a credit to Tesco'sIt is lovely to shop there..a lovely pair of operatives in the drinks section(they were restocking)were all smilesYour manager must be doing something right to produce a happy staff..,it makes a big difference to the shopping experienceThank you,that team.

This review is SOLELY to do with Tesco?s appalling sushi. At the back of the store you can buy visually appealing boxes of sushi, some of it even has fish in it! Well, salmon actually, that?s the only fish they offer. And every single piece of sushi comes with dried-out, chewy rice. We spent over £20 on two boxes of ?California rolls? ie salmon and avocado wrapped in the aforementioned rice and sprinkled with dried fried onions. Hideous, still we did it so that you don?t have to.

Haven't been in for a while as l have been using Aldi.I was pleasantly surprised that a fair bit of the goods were Aldi match anyway.The fresh produce was better than Aldi and it certainly kept better.I will be back(to both)

Rude staff.Treated me like a theif coz I was putting my shopping in my pockets after checking out on self check out...Already paid and then was approached saying empty you pockets or you can't leave store...So lucky she was a female or it would have been lights out
