I've gone to this store for the last ten years at least. All of the staff who used to be there have left (a shame as they were incredibly warm and friendly) The two opticians were not warm but did the job which is of course is finally the point. The woman on 'reception' was nice and emailed on a receipt as promised and a woman sorting out glasses on racks made a point of saying goodbye.

I have been coming here since I was a young girl. Quite a few of the team members have been there for quite a long time. All have been wonderful to me over the years. They are fair and understanding towards their customers. They also do their best to keep things affordable and reasonable for everyone, but also the individual. They are very helpful during the 100 days and after. I have had a few issues with my glasses as of late and they have been so patient and understanding. They have some really knowledgeable staff there too.

I don't remember the name of the lady who served me when I purchased the lenses, but she is extremely competent.
