Arrived at lewes premier inn for brunch this morning and sat down. Ordered a full English and my god was it awful. The egg was wet and mushy, the bacon was raw and the sausage had bite marks in! Asked to see the chef and was a small skinny teenage looking boy who stank of BO and beer? when asked about the sausage he just said something along the line of ?beavo bites? and knowing the rules? Will not be returning!

Great stay, great breakfast service from Soukayna at Lewes! Very welcoming and helpful! We have the cooked breakfast in the morning and it was well worth the money.
Would definitely return! Location is great!

This branch of Premier Inn is simply first class! The staff, the service, the meals and the facilities. We couldn't fault it and enjoyed our stay so much.
Rooms: Clean, comfortable and serviceable. (A grab bar over the bath would be a helpful addition)
Nearby activities: Lewes in Sussex is the most interesting town and well worth a visit. The hotel is in a perfect location for all aspects.
Safety: No issues with safety.
Walkability: Well located near to the railway station and to explore the town.
Food & drinks: The breakfasts and evening meals were first class and such good value.
Noteworthy details: The staff were all so friendly and helpful. All in all a very pleasant hotel experience. (Just be careful with the NCP car park - that was a nightmare!)

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town and with free parking on Sundays. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially loved the complimentary breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Lewes. A truly fantastic experience!

It's ultra-modern and although it's not so easy to find the entrance walking down from the station it's certainly easier to find it by car.
In the newer area of Lewes it has good views from all upper windows and is close to many of the towns most pleasant (and flatter) walks.
A good all you can eat breakfast if you opt for that particular extra although the one thing they didn't do was fried bread (although I think that's difficult to keep heated up and takes too long to knock up fresh).

Breakfast is cooked for you, which tasted so much better than the usual buffet style! Good quality. There had been some supplier issues, but staff was as helpful, friendly, and attentive as you would expect.

Room was clean and comfortable. I slept very well. The location is ideal, just at the edge of the town, nice and quiet. The car park at the back is free overnight but you have to pay after 9am and then it?s limited to 3 hours so have to move the car. Something to bear in mind if you are driving. I would happily stay again. Lewes is an interesting town with lots of amazing old buildings.
Walkability: Short walk to all amenities

We were really looked after by Ali and the manager on the night of 9th of December. Ali was very proactive to our request to have an extra bed made up for our family room.
Rooms: Very comfortable and clean room
Food & drinks: Really good breakfast

I got stuck in a snowstorm in Brighton. Managed to get a train to lewes since the bus wasn't running.
My parents booked a room for me (bare in mind you pay for the room, not the amount of people in the room I could have added at least two more people for free since the room was a quad) but they wouldn't let my family (mum dad and younger sister) have breakfast with me dispite paying. They had a supply issue, so they were only offering food to the guests and wouldn't even let my family have a drink. They tried to force them to stay in the lobby. Bare in mind my family were there so they could bring me a change of clothes and my lanyard so I could go to work in the morning but they refused to serve them breakfast.
