Tried to call them about something g serious to do with a transfer. There are too many options - none of which applied to me. They want your account details and info re customer number. I 'phoned this morning with a simple question. Put through to a 0345 number. I was waiting for 35mins!! No answer, not even a recorded message to say how long I would have to wait? So I hung up!
