Find the counter staff not very helpful but also lacking customer service and abrupt.

Clearly wanted to close this Branch for Years.. Lack of Service, Abrupt Staff and Mid-Covid Opening times are the 'New Normal'...

Don't waste your time going to the counter to pay a cheque in (or presumably cash) - was told to use the automated machines - whether I wanted to or not! And there was no-one else at the counter! Unhelpful and unfriendly member of staff who clearly could not be bothered to log on!!

Always used this branch of this bank and have always had helpful ladies thee to do everything that is needed, not needed to do anything else with different locations, so this is good enough. Long term use of this place will continue.

Very quiet during lockdown though and never the old problems of long queues to be served. Could do with slightly longer lockdown hours though, otherwise good stuff.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Bank is well kept. The ATM attached to the bank is in a convenient location and this branch is pretty good overall. They were wonderful in helping me set up my first bank account and have been helpful since when resolving a minor online banking issue.

Went in yesterday with an issue relating to a parking fine from Spain which I had paid on-line. Member of staff couldn't have been more helpful and even understood the letter in Spanish!
