Dough balls raw, .absolutely raw. Just look at the state of them. Have had to go to hospital, will be informing the health inspectors. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered my food and within 7 minutes it was ready for collection and fresh from the oven. Special thanks to Anas who gave us a very lovely welcome when we came in a few minutes early. Great guy and especially due to his impeccable capability to make natural conversation!!

Awful experience, I was sent half eaten food which looked as if it had been dropped on the floor. I then had to wait and ridiculous amount of time for a replacement and the staff/manager is incredibly rude. Never will I order here again in lewes

My delivery driver Alan from the Lewes store went above and beyond tonight, he brought us extra BBQ sauce as it was forgotten the other night and not refunded. What a legend!!

Ordered for delivery expecting a half an hour wait. Little did I know I had Alan as my delivery driver. Man has a twin turbo for sure I got my pizza in sub 10 mins from ordering and as a former dominoes driver myself I was handsomely impressed.

Order is never correct. Order Frank's hot wings get plain wings. Order pizza with certain toppings, don't get them but get charged for them

I ordered a pizza via phone, the order was never processed so I arrived to collect and no pizza was ready. They then denied ever having the order, I had to prove it to them from my call list on my phone, the staff were very hostile and rude verbally attacking me for being in their shop, i ended up with no pizza but got told i was wrong. I just wanted a pizza ? ?

Awful branch. Staff have no clue what they are doing. We called & ordered a pizza for collection, they confirmed a price & a time & then tell me I didn?t call! Shambles don?t even bother
