The customer service here is usually very good but... Today when I took a bite of my Pain au Chocolat, it was dry and flavourless, so assuming it must be stale I took it back to the counter. I asked him if it might be stale. He said that he had baked it himself this morning. I said I did not want to eat it. He said fine...and that was it. I won't be back.

This is a nice coffee shop to sit and relax . The staff are pleasant and as a disabled person they took my order then when it was ready brought it to the table, Which was helpful .I went in the morning and it seemed quiet then.Wheelchair accessibility: It is on the Lewes high street and there is a ramp into the door way which I would say is accessible.

Decent cafe but bit dated and could do with an uplift! Women?s toilets were out of order and my friend said the men?s were vile. No plug sockets anywhere, which you wouldn?t expect in a cafe. However, drinks were very well made and service was exceptional- all the staff in there are brilliant and so helpful/friendly.
