Drew was amazing, she listened to what I wanted and advised me on what was best for my hair and me.
She had great knowledge about the products she used.
It was such a treat to have my hair styled by Drew.
I came in on crutches and she was so good at letting me go at my pace and sympathetic.

First time at Browns and I love what Annette has done to my hair. I love the natural highlights she gave me, and the patience she had for me regarding my apprehension as I have never had my hair coloured in the UK before.
