Rather rude, told my partner the FT codes from the text were old but when shown the email they magically worked..? Even the 4 digit code wouldn?t work for the whole order which makes 0 sense since they were ordered at the same time. Told him to move out the way so another customer could be served even though he was being served himself. Very rude and stuck up manager, wont be getting anything sent there again!

Terrible service from the manager here today, 91/24. Served customers as though he was processing convicts. Tried to bring it to his attention, but no interest whatsoever. Perhaps this will work. Not sure that?s the kind of service you want for your customers, Argos?

DAY 1 All staff members unhelpful appart from one who tried their best after waiting for goods to arrive one recieved was damaged waited a further 20 mins only to be told that there wasnt another . ordered over 10 items and was told that some couldnt be found or also were damaged took over 55 mins for a handful of items disgraceful. Day 2 more of the same incompetant store staff especially as customer was wearing a langlard necklace for hidden disabilities and spent a further 45mins in store while staff again showed signs of more incompetance. Raings as follows MINUS STAR *MINUS Star incompetanceMINUS Star for patronisationMINUS Star waiting timesMINUS Star lack of staffMINUS Star having an aid to support hidden disabilities when clearly non of the staff have been able to properly assist people with hidden disabilities.MINUS Star lack of care and concern when dealing with people with hidden disabilitiesMINUS Star unexceptable exceptionaly long waiting timesShould be a grand total of MINUS 7*New UpdateArgos Head office was phoned in order to make a complaint to which after the first day and second and customer explicity stated that they did not want a gift voucher as they had spent already what they were going to spend to which the person on the other end of the phone said we would only offer you a £10 gift voucher anyway. now heres where it gets interesting Argos head office said that they would send out a letter of appology regarding this matter.Original phone date 13th October 2019after second complaint 15th October 2019 to which they assured that a letter would be sent here we go28th October phoned still no letter29th october still more to add to the original complaint as aArgos still messed about with the order30th October customer still didnt recieve letter so yet another phone cal on hold being sifted from department to department for over 15 mins Person in resolutions again said that they would request a letter to be sent out i sugested this time by recorded delivery.7 th December phoned again no such letter to which the customer checked the address of the apology letter to be forwarded to and the person stated that the address was correct and would re-issue another letter as clearly Argos were giving the run arround at the customers exspence. So in conclusion Argos as a company see fit not only to treat people with hidden disabilites badly they seek to mock them aswell a blatant disregard and no apology to date. Next stop citizens advice and maybe Papers.This review will also be screen shot incase there is any attempt to remove this posting.
