A bog standard Wickes. Loads of of stock. Heavy stuff on hard to reach shelves. Bored staff. Basically exactly what you'd expect from a Wickes store.

I've bought Yale Sashlock From Wickes because my old lock was Wickes brand, than I found out that don't make it anymore and they selling Yale. I've just cut the side of pakage to check but it was not the right size and they don't have the right size . and I've returned it back next day in full . staff didn't know what to do... they have to chase and looking for the manager every where on the floor. Manager refused a return and said it is our policy. But how do I know your policy when you didn't disply it and not printed on the receipt and no one told to me when I bought it. I've bougth another Yale lock from Toolstation with ONE month Return and cheeper.

Needed KA Tanking Slurry in white, they had plenty of grey but no white, also needed a 80mm flat duct wall plate... no chance!
They did have the heating on which was pleasant.
